UP Home Plans Expansion

After several years of planning and research, the United Presbyterian Home is excited to embark on an expansion plan for the retirement community that will house new private rooms as well as modern wellness and therapy spaces. The construction will include an addition on to the south hall of the current Health Center.  The addition will include 17 private rooms along with converting existing semi-private rooms to private rooms, the development of a 16 bed dementia specific area and the expansion of our current wellness and fitness area to include a therapy pool.

This expansion will give us more space and room also. The increase in rooms can accommodate more number of people and get good service to them. Wellness and fitness center expansion with therapy pool is very good. The retirement community to have more rooms in that building.
